baked sweet potato fries

I love sweet potatos (yams? I can never tell the difference) – steamed, microwaved, baked, in porridge – not only becuase they’re super nutritious (rich in vitamins a and c, maganese, and fiber), but also becuase they’re low calorie, and tasty. I’ve made these fries whenever I wanted a light lunch or dinner, or as a great side dish to my main meal.
